Stripe.com is the payment gateway that will process transactions behind the scenes.  Money is simply direct deposited to your bank account of choice within several days.  The process is seamless and very transparent to you.

Do I get technical support?

Yes, with every active WP EasyPayments account, we provide support to you for your product.  Installation services, customization services, and other benefits may be extra.  We provide free online resources as well such as our documentation and videos.

Technical support does not cover designing your website, building your WordPress site, or configuring other plugins.  We do offer full services if you need turnkey solutions, simply contact us for more information.

Can I cancel or get a refund anytime?

Yes, you may cancel at anytime your services by visiting your ‘Account’ page and cancelling your subscription to use WP  EasyPayments.  We do not provide refunds as this is a service, but may pro-rate your refund upon our discretion.  Support, design, and customization services are non-refundable, no acceptions.

Will WP EasyPayments work on WordPress.com?

No, if you have hosting on WordPress.com, then you do not have access to install plugins.  You need a self-hosted single installation of WordPress.
